Return And Exchange Eligibility:


Eligible Return Reasons


  1. Damaged Product – Item received with physical damage.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered – Incorrect saree received.

Important Notes


  1. Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Clear unboxing video and photos are required for damaged/defective claims.
  3. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  4. All tags, blouse piece, and original packaging must be intact.
  5. Return request must include unboxing video proof (mandatory for damage claims).


Exchange Eligibility


  1. Exchange must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Exchange shipping cost are borne by the customer unless the issues is from our end.
  3. The replacement product will be dispatched only after our team receives and verifies your return product.
